Dietetic Intern Co-Author of JAND Article

Lauren Wathen, a graduate of Radford University, is the first NFSC Dietetic Intern to be a co-author of an article published during her NFSC dietetic internship.  This article was written while Lauren was completing supervised practice training at USDA's Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion. It was published in the April 2014 edition of the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the Journal of the American Dietetic Association).
