2017 AGNR Open House Highlights

2017 AGNR Open House was held on October 14th. The department of Nutrition and Food Science conducted a workshop called "The sweet science behind caramel apple". We encouraged children to make caramel apples with us and introduced the chemical reaction of caramel to the audience.

After the workshop, Dr. Tikekar, Dr. Udahogora and Sara helped to introduce the student programs to the people who visited our table. 

We really appreciate the help from Dr. Jackson, Dr. Tikekar, Dr. Udahogora, Sara, Kristi, Abby and Rishov!
