Nutritional Science Scholarships

Opportunities for independent research study and undergraduate internships exist at the University of Maryland, federal research laboratories like the USDA-Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center and the Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, health care settings and regional industry.

Scholarship opportunities exist through the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, including the Robert Facchina Scholarships. In addition, the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and the Institute of Food Technologists offer scholarships for students.

Danone North America Gut Microbiome, Yogurt and Probiotics Fellowship Program
