Dr. Abani Pradhan received a new USDA/NIFA funding to explore the genomics that underlie pathogen persistence in the food system. Dr. Pradhan proposed to use AI technology to find patterns in the genomics of Listeria, Salmonella and E. coli that can help inform future food safety protocols.
