NFSC students and postdocs had fun at WMREC
University of Maryland Western Maryland Research and Education Center (WMREC) hosted an exciting viticulture (grape growing) and fermentation program. NFSC students and postdocs learned hands-on experience about viticulture, fruit quality, winemaking/fermentation, and sensory analysis.
