The research day 2015 was successfully held in National Agriculture Library in Beltsville in May 1st 2015. This year, Dr. Abani K. Pradhan was the chair of the research day. Mr. Stan Kosecki and Dr. Adel Shirmohammadi gave the welcome speech. Dr. Donald L. Zink, who was the keynote speaker gave a speech: “Current Issues in Food Safety and Nutrition: Science Struggling to be Heard” for the research day. After the all the speechs, the graduate student from Nutrition and Food Science demonstrated their poster and participate the poster competition. The poster were graded by the Judges from USDA, FDA, NIH, UMD, BARC and other institution. Six students won in the poster competition. For more information, please click here.
