| March 30, 2023 | Applicants who have registered for the match by February 15, 2023 can reorder their dietetic internship priority rankings; however, no additional internships can be added to the list. No changes in DI rankings maybe made after 11:59 p.m. Central Time - March 27, 2023. |
| April 2, 2023 |
Applicant matching results will be posted on the D&D Digital site from 6:00 PM Central Time, April 2, 2023, through April 3, 2023 (Appointment Day). There is ONLY one source of notification for applicants. Each applicant will receiveeither ONE MATCH or NO MATCH after log-in. Applicants who receive NO MATCH will be given other instructions. |
| April 3, 2023 | Match applicants MUST CONTACT the Dietetic Internship program by telephone, FAX, or e-mail on or before 6:00 p.m. (time zone of the program), April 3, 2023, to confirm acceptance of the MATCH. After this time, the program is under no obligation to hold the opening for the matched applicant. |
| April 4, 2023 | Names of the Dietetic Internship programs that did not fill their class and authorized release of their name will be posted on D&D Digital. Applicants who did not match and Dietetic Internship Directors with openings may contact each other. |
| May-July 2023 | Incoming interns will receive pre-program homework assignments, including a technology placement/ assessment tool. Interns will receive another copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and send in a signed copy. |
| June 15, 2023 | UMD must receive your deposit of the program fee ("initial payment") of $4550 by June 15. |
| July 15, 2023 | UMD must receive the remainder of your program fee of $4000 by July 15. |
