January 15, 2025	All applicants must have completed the online DICAS application and submitted additional materials must be received by the University of Maryland College Park by January 15, 2025. Materials include: supplemental application form, application fee made payable to University of Maryland ($40), (and, if applicable) international student applicants must submit the international students form and TOEFL scores.
late January - mid February, 2025	Selected applicants for the University of Maryland Dietetic internship College Park will be interviewed via Zoom following receipt of their application.
Mid- to late-February, 2025	The UMCP Dietetic Internship Admissions Committee will decide which students to offer a seat.
On or before March 1, 2025 (Decision Notification)	The UMCP Dietetic Internship Admissions Committee will notify prospective interns of their decision.
On or before March 15, 2025 (Student Decision Required)	Students will need to provide the program with their decision to accept or decline the seat on or before March 15, 2025.
May-July 2025	Incoming interns will receive pre-program homework assignments, including a technology placement/ assessment tool. Interns will receive another copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and send in a signed copy.
June 16, 2025	UMD must receive your deposit of the program fee ("initial payment") of $4550 by June 16.
July 15, 2025	UMD must receive the remainder of your program fee of $4000 by July 15.
